Very comfortable hotel close to nice restaurants, cafes, the Pompeii station and the amphitheater entrance of the Pompeii ruins. Their rooms are big, bathroom supplies are very nice and they are environmentally conscious. They are a big hotel with the advantages of early check in and baggage check services.

This stunning hotel, perhaps the best in Naples, is perfect for exploring the city or visiting the Pompeii Archaeological Site. The food is delicious, the hotel is immaculate, and the room is extremely comfortable. We only stayed one night en route to the Amalfi Coast, but we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the spa facilities and rooftop bar.

Everything! Beautiful building, very clean smells lovely when you arrive, welcoming staff who are very helpful if there is anything you need to know or anything you want. Excellent location right next to the Pompeii ruins, one entrance a couple of hundred yards up the road and a place where you can get an audio guide opposite. Great location for also visiting Herculaneum and Vesuvius and a train station about 20 mins walk away which can take you into Sorrento or Naples. Couldn’t fault it, rooms very spacious and clean, rooms cleaned each day. Some independent restaurants, shops, Gelateria on the doorstep. Hotel also has lovely restaurant for dining and buffet breakfast (worth paying to include). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend if considering staying in Pompeii.

Our room was very comfortable, we were upgraded to a suite upon arrival. It had a roomy living room, and bedroom. Bathroom was very large and updated. Also a half bath off living room. It was very quiet all night which is important to us. The breakfast was only ok, large selection of breads and sweets but the cooked food was cold, not hot at all. Staff were very pleasant.

This is a high class excellent hotel and experience. We loved our room. The bed was super comfortable. Its the best that is available in Pompeii that we saw. The restaurant on the rooftop is the JEWEL of the hotel. Do yourself a favor and eat at this WONDERFUL restaurant. We wish we got the tasting menu, but every morsel of the gourmet food we had was amazing and prepare with LOVE. Breakfast buffet was also lovely. The place was roomy and comfortable. I would have stayed longer!

Breakfast Buffet was vast, alot to choose from. They have two places to eat for main restaurant, patio or inside both are elegant and nice. Night life comes alive on roof top bar / restaurant which is also great menu and drinks! With DJ

Really nice building, couldn’t believe it wasn’t 5* when we first arrived. It was a nice touch for the team to add the cake to our room 😊 The roof top bar and restaurant are a must visit - but definitely prebook. 100% worth it!

The hotel is ideally located to explore the archaeological park being just a few hundred metres from one of its multiple entrances . Prior to arrival the communication with the staff was very good and we arranged an extension to our stay when our travel plans changed at the last minute. Nothing was too much trouble. Only a bag drop facility is available at the reception but secure car parking is available ~100m down the street which can be arranged through the hotel. The rooms are modern, spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The bathrooms equally large and well appointed. The overall hotel design was contemporary and tastefully decorated. Dinner in the rooftop restaurant overlooking Mount Vesuvius was a unique experience - both memorable and exceptional - fantastic menu, great produce and the personal 1:1 service and attention was top quality. Fine dining at its best. The rooftop bar and lounge was a good place to relax Located in the art deco room the breakfast was excellent. There was a wide range of foods - fruits/breads/cake/eggs/juices/coffee available for a continental style breakfast.

Super nice staff, hotel, bed is extremely comfortable, shower works great, air conditioner works very well! breakfast is amazing. What's not to like about it!!! I lost my cameras on the train there, my issue, but the hotel manager took the time to call police, and sat with me to see what he can do to help me; it's such a warm feeling after the incident, in a foreign country. I really appreciate him. 7:30pm you can go to the roof bar, best view of sunset, the city, the mountain. I highly recommend this hotel, it really provided me the feeling of security!!
